Branding Photography Terms of Service & Usage Agreement

1. Ownership
All images captured and edited by Growth Consulting & Design remain the intellectual property of Growth Consulting & Design. Clients are granted a license to use the delivered images under the terms below.

2. Permitted Use
Clients may use the photos for:

• Personal branding and marketing materials

• Social media, websites, blogs, and digital portfolios

• Print materials (business cards, brochures, signage, etc.)

3. Restrictions
Clients may not:

• Sell or redistribute the images as stock or for commercial resale

• Claim the images as their own creation

• Alter the images in a way that misrepresents the original intent without written permission

4. Attribution
While attribution is not required, crediting Growth Consulting & Design when sharing publicly is appreciated.

5. Editing & Modification
Clients may make minor edits (cropping, resizing, color adjustments) for personal or business use. Any major edits or use outside the agreed scope must receive prior written approval.

6. Liability
Growth Consulting & Design is not responsible for loss, misuse, or unauthorized sharing of images after delivery.

7. Usage Term
The license granted is perpetual, meaning clients may use the photos indefinitely under these terms.
